The largest food market in Europe is in Riga, Latvia, with more than 3,000 sellers of meat, fish, dairy products, and vegetables. Some traveling friends, lovers of food and wine culture, had an idea when visiting it: the wonders of Northern Europe, particularly the Baltic area, in Italy are almost unknown! Hence the project of creating a place in a Baltic mood, enriched by Italian style.
